Description

nainai is a derivative reading material of the eponymous brand nainai I have created, targeting middle-aged and elderly women's sexual toys. It takes the form of newspaper to trace the reading habits of the middle-aged population, while visually following the brand's packaging style with explicit sexual references in text and bold color graphics.

The first issue of nainai consists of four articles (e.g., expert knowledge on sexual education, reader contributions sharing their sexual experiences, etc), periodic recommendations of nainai sexual products, a local dating game window, and the nainai almanac section. Through this primitive mode of communication like a newspaper, we aim to convey people's primal perceptions of sexuality and demystify sexual experiences, particularly for older individuals. As described in the news’ introduction, nainai strives to be an arena of discourse that has no central authority, no hierarchical power, and no condemnation of divergent views, but only advocates for the exploration of instinctive feelings.
