What constitutes a legitimate relationship? When do we feel discomfort in a justified manner? Taking a gender perspective on the world reveals numerous flawed rules of the game. The appearance of tranquility arises from our tendency to consider tolerance as a virtue.

Even though I have been socialized into a highly digestible individual, I cannot pretend to see the emperor's new clothes. Thus, photography and writing have become my window, while association and symbolism are the sharp and perilous glass upon it. By unconsciously capturing phenomena and consciously constructing images, I endeavor to utilize the synesthesia and metaphors of visuals to reflect my physiological responses to feminism and gender relations.
